Scope of Application

a) When you use the network service visit the webpage or use the app of IOT ,the information on your browser and computer and app, including but not limited to your IP address, type of browser, type of mobile phone, date and time of access, hardware characteristics, and the browsing and the app history, will be automatically received and recorded by Sinoboom Intelligent IOT Platform; b) IOT will legally obtain users' personal data from business partners.

Use of Information

a) IOT will not provide, sell, lease, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless your prior consent is obtained or said third party provides services to you independently or collaboratively with IOT, provided that its access to all such information is prohibited after the provision of said services is completed; b) IOT will not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information for free in any way. IOT has the right to terminate the Terms of Service with the user immediately after it is aware of aforesaid acts of said user.

Information Disclosure

Under the following circumstances, IOT will disclose all or part of your personal information in accordance with your personal wishes or the regulations of the law: a) disclose information to third parties upon your prior consent; b) share your personal information to third party for the purpose of providing products and services required by you; c) disclose information to third party or the administrative or judicial authority in accordance with relevant regulations of the law or as required by the administrative or judicial authority; d) disclose information to third party in case of your violation of relevant laws or regulations  or the Terms of Service or relevant rules of IOT; e) disclose information upon request of the party against which you have lodged the IPR complaint in the capacity of an eligible complainant so as to facilitate the resolution of potential disputes over rights; f) where any party of a transaction created on IOT requests information disclosure after performing all or part of transaction obligations, the IOT has the right to decide to provide said user with the contact information and other information necessary information of the counterparty to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the settlement of disputes; and g) make other disclosures deemed appropriate by IOT in accordance with the laws, regulations or website policies.

Your information and data collected by IOT will be stored on the servers of IOT and (or) its affiliates.

Information Security

a) IOT provides security protection for the accounts created on it. Please keep your user name and password properly. IOT will prevent the loss, abuse and alteration of your information by taking security measures such as password encryption. Despite the aforementioned security measures, we call your attention to the fact that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network. b) When using network service of IOT for online transactions, you will inevitably have to disclose your personal information (e.g. contact information or postal address) to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please properly protect your personal information and disclose it to others to the extent necessary. Please contact IOT immediately after you become aware of the disclosure of your personal information (especially the user name and password) so that IOT can take measures accordingly.
